Griffiths has been in the industrial real estate industry since 2005 as a global commercial real estate company member and a partner with his local firm. Chad has completed over a thousand deals with clients ranging from small companies to large institutional owners as an active investor.
Since 2014, Griffiths has become co-owner of 150,000 square feet of industrial properties. Griffiths is also the host of his own podcast The Industrial Real Estate Show, and he and Fragale are regular guest speakers with Tyler Cobble on his podcast.
