International economist K.C. Conway joins the show this week for a fall 2024 update on both the North American economy and its potential impacts on the industrial real estate market.

Conway is a repeat guest on The Industrial Real Estate Show. He has 35 years of commercial real estate experience – about 30 in private industry as well as five years within the U.S. Federal Reserve system from 2005-2010.
He holds a variety of industry certifications and designations, including MIA, Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and CCIM. Conway has been an Independent Director at Monmouth MREIC, an industrial REIT which specialized in logistics, headquartered in Holmdel, N.J.
He is a speaker on a wide range of commercial real estate topics from appraisal and bank regulation to ports and securitization, and has been an instructor to bank regulatory entities, academic, professional organizations and industry associations.
