Downey is a respected Brokerage Advisor with the High Associates Sales & Leasing Team, spearheading commercial property transactions in the Harrisburg office.
Her experience includes time with Coldwell Banker Commercial, CBRE, and now High Associates, delivering expertise for property owners, investors, and tenants across Central Pennsylvania. Her focus on office, industrial, and retail properties caters to a diverse clientele, encompassing established corporations, investment firms, and individual entrepreneurs.
Prior to moving into commercial brokerage, Erin established a foundation in governmental affairs and community development.
Her five years in a local municipal codes and zoning department, coupled with service on multiple volunteer boards, including the planning commission and historic architectural review Bboard, instilled an in-depth knowledge of local regulations and the regional landscape.
This background serves as a cornerstone for her approach to commercial real estate.
She actively participates in the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors (GHAR), currently serving as a director on the commercial council and government affairs committee. She holds membership positions with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC.
Erin’s industry recognition also includes the prestigious CCIM designation, and Member Associate status with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
She holds an A.A.S. from Harrisburg Area Community College.
