LUCKNOW: Three more cases were registered against directors and employees of Ansal API in Lucknow in the land scam case.
While a woman accused the company of defrauding her of Rs 6.15 crore in the name of investment in land, two other persons alleged that they were defrauded of about Rs 50 lakh in the name of plots and flats. The Sushant Golf City police have registered the case and investigation is on. So far, around 30 FIRs hvae been lodged against the real estate firm in Lucknow alone.
Vibhutikhand resident Sunita Agarwal alleged that Ansal API directors Sushil Ansal and Pranav Ansal along with their employees duped her of Rs 6.25 crore by showing fake documents. She said that in 2013 and 2014, she met both the accused and obtained information about the township. They told her that she would get 10 times profit on investing in the land and they also introduced her to Deepak Bansal and Harish Bansal.
According to her complaint, she was told by the accused that this land was earlier allotted to two of his companies and there was some problem due to money. “If you invest in this, we will also make you director in the company. Believing his words, I gave Rs 6.15 crore to Ansal Company through both of them in 2013-2014 under an agreement. Later it was known that the land is disputed,” she alleged.
Prayagraj resident Sushma Singh alleged that she booked a plot in Ansal API along with her maternal uncle Ajay Kumar Singh . For this, she gave Rs 15 lakh to the company by cheque on April 21, 2010. The company told her that the plot would be registered within 18 months, but the same was not done.
Meanwhile, Rakesh Kumar Dixit of Sharda Nagar, said he bought a flat from Agarwal Pharma on Feb 3, 2011. For this, he deposited Rs 6.41 lakh between Dec 9 and May 21, 2013. Even after 12 years, the company neither gave the flat nor returned the money.
