NEW DELHI: Whiteland Corporation, a real estate developer based in Delhi NCR, has signed agreement with Marriott International Inc. to develop Westin Residences in sector 103, Gurugram.
The total investment for the project is estimated around Rs 5,600 crore, which includes construction cost Rs 5,000 crore while the land cost is Rs 600 crore. The topline of the project is pegged at Rs 15,000 crore.
The first phase, consisting of 674 residences, is expected to be launch in the second quarter of this financial year.
The Residences will feature three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from 235 sq meter to 386 sq meter.
Design consultant for the project is Architect Hafeez Contractor, landscaping will be done by Coopers Hill and interiors by BM&A.
