About four years ago, fashion model and entrepreneur Winnie Harlow snagged a five-bedroom, six-bathroom Los Angeles abode. Harlow and the modern farmhouse graced AD’s pages after a decorative transformation by AD100 designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Fast forward to March of this year, the Cay Skin co-founder, ready to move on, placed the 4,847-square-foot 2020 build on the market for a little under $3.7 million. According to Realtor.com, the residence, located in LA’s Tarzana neighborhood, has sold for $3.625 million—just a smidge below her asking price.
The first-time homeowner announced to her 10 million Instagram followers that she wasn’t just flying the coop, but leaving Los Angeles altogether. The cover girl has been, so far, mum about her new digs, apart from stating that she was making a “long distance move.”
“My house should have a calm energy, but I want a sense of glamor as well,” Harlow told AD about her directions to Bullard. And although the pad’s new owners likely won’t have quite as much need for the ultra-luxe glam room Bullard created for the in-demand model, they’re still in for a treat.
Situated on one-third of an acre, the two-story home is fronted by a small lawn and a two-car garage that abuts a portico. Through a dramatic black front door, guests are ushered into a bright living and dining area crowned by a coffered ceiling and recessed lighting. A fireplace anchors the formal seating space. A short corridor leads to a family room with a second fireplace and a bar, along with an open kitchen. Hardwood oak floors and a black-and-white color palette is featured throughout the home. The glam room as well as a wine closet are located on the first floor; upstairs, the lavish primary suite comes complete with a lounge area, a fireplace, and balcony. Two boutique closets adjoin the bedroom and a spa-like ensuite bathroom features a steam shower and a soaking tub.

Central to the spacious backyard is a cross-shaped pool and spa with a waterfall. Other outdoor amenities include covered and uncovered patios, a barbecue area, and a fire pit.
Harlow shot to fame as the first person with vitiligo to achieve a successful international modeling career. She was introduced to the world as a contestant on season 21 of America’s Next Top Model in 2014 and has walked the runways and appeared in campaigns for Fendi, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria’s Secret, Swarovski, and more.
