NEW DELHI: WSB Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF II) has invested Rs 55 crore in Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate‘s (SPRE) project-BKC 9, situated in Bandra East, Mumbai.
BKC 9, set on a 0.41-acre plot, is a collaborative effort between SPRE and Vakratunda Buildcon (VBPL).
WSBREDF-II had previously invested Rs 75 crore in SPRE’s BKC 28 in 2022, which achieved sales of approximately Rs 200 crore.
The company expects revenue from the project to exceeding Rs 250 crore. The project comprises 92 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with price starting at Rs 2.11 crore.
