NEW DELHI: Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) has signed a joint development agreement (70.5% revenue share) for an industrial park on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, Ahmedabad.
The project has a total estimated area of about 440 acre and a top-line potential of Rs 1,350 crore.
Kamal Singal, managing director and CEO of the company said, “With this industrial plotted development, we have further augmented our horizontal portfolio and now have ~77 million sq ft of projects in the Ahmedabad region. The cumulative new business development topline potential stands at more than ~Rs. 3,850 crore for the current year to date.”
The proposed infrastructure includes common effluent treatment plant (CETP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), labour housing, executive housing, weight bridge, logistics zones, etc.
The company had recently signed joint development (70.5% revenue share) agreement to develop a multiuse project in Khopoli, Mumbai, with a total estimated area of about 92 acre and a top-line potential of Rs 1,500 crore.
