NEW DELHI: Brigade Enterprises has reported a growth of 322.15 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 235.52 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 55.79 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,529.68 crore in Q3 FY25, a growth of 26.61 per cent from Rs 1,208.18 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
“We have observed robust growth across all our business verticals during the quarter. We are also aggressively pursuing land acquisition opportunities in our target markets to add high-quality assets to our land bank,” said Pavitra Shankar, managing director of the company.
The board of directors approved the appointment of Padmaja Chunduru as an additional director in the category
of non-executive independent director of the company for a consecutive period of five years with effect from January 29, 2025 to January 28, 2030.
During the quarter ended 31 December 2024, the paid-up equity share capital of the holding company has increased from Rs 244.22 crore to Rs 244.25 crore pursuant to allotment of 27,764 equity shares on exercise of stock options by employees.
On 16 December 2024, the holding company, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, has invested a sum of Rs 1.94 crore into 19.38 lakhs equity shares of Rs 10 each of Ananthay Properties (APPL). Pursuant to such investment, APPL has become a majority owned subsidiary of the group with effect from the aforesaid date.
Net bookings in the real estate segment of Q3 FY25 stood at 2.19 million sq ft with a sale value of Rs 2,492 crores. Collections for Q3 FY24 stood at Rs 1,777 crore.
During the quarter, leasing segment’s revenue stood at Rs 280 crore which has grown by 13% compared to Q3 FY24 and EBITDA stood at Rs 169 crores. The company’s portfolio occupancy stood at 98% with an overall leasing of 8.55 million sq ft (including hard option).
