NEW DELHI: CBRE South Asia, a consulting firm, has partnered with NetApp for integrated facilities management of 1.07 million sq ft office spaces in the country.
The portfolio consists of NetApp’s campus in Bengaluru and sales offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi.
The contract valued at $3 million has been awarded for three years and includes facility management services, including account management, finance & budget management, procurement management, transport management, F&B management, among others.
