NEW DELHI: Gauhar Khan has purchased three properties worth a total of Rs 10.13 crore in Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society, Versova, Mumbai.
While one transaction was registered solely in Khan’s name, the other two apartments were purchased along with her husband, Zaid Darbar. All transactions were registered in February 2025.
In the purchase transaction registered solely under Gauhar Khan’s name, she bought an apartment for Rs. 2.80 crore. The carpet area was 1,104.75 sq ft (102.64 sq meters), and the built-up area was 1,326.11 sq ft (123.20 sq meters). The agreement also included one car parking space.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 13.98 lakh and a registration charge of Rs. 30,000, according to Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.
In another transaction, Gauhar Khan and Zaid Darbar jointly purchased two apartments in the same project. The total cost of both apartments was Rs 7.33 crore. The total carpet area was 2,393 sq ft (222.32 sq meters). The agreement included a total of two car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 43.97 lakh and a registration charge of Rs. 30,000.
