LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority received a total of 41 applications related to mutation, transfer and illegal construction during its ‘Pradhikaran Diwas‘ (authority day) held at the LDA building on Thursday.
Around 41 freehold and illegal construction issues were reported.
Of these, 13 cases were resolved on the spot.
Resident of Rakabganj’s Dalmandi, Sanjay Kesarwani, alleged illegal encroachment on a plot allocated to him in Aishbagh Yojana’s Ramnagar.
On Kesarwani’s complaint, LDA VC Prathemesh Kumar directed the officials concerned to inspect the site within a week and submit a report for further action.
