Aurum PropTech posts net loss of Rs 4.65 crore in Q4 FY24, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Aurum PropTech has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 4.65 crore during the quarter ended March 31, 2024. It had registered loss after tax of Rs 9.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s consolidated net total income stood at Rs 65.74 crore in Q4 FY24, a growth of 28.07 per cent from Rs 51.33 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Onkar Shetye, executive director of the company said, “Total Income grew to Rs 233 crore, demonstrating a robust 68% year-on-year growth with EBIDTA improving to 9.9%, displaying a sustained EBIDTA margin improvement of ~ 1,150 BPS year-on-year.”

Its revenue from operations in FY24 at Rs 214.05 crore as compared to Rs 126.87 crore in FY23, up by 69%. Total income in FY24 at Rs 233.07 crore as compared to Rs 139.04 crore in FY23, up by 68%.

During the year, NestAway Technologies (NestAway), a subsidiary of the company, has entered into a share purchase agreement for sale of its entire shareholding in City Synapse. Information (CSIPL), Eukleia Technologies (ETPL) and Nestassist Services (Nestassist) (Subsidiaries). The sale has been completed during the month of March 2024 and sale consideration of Rs 1.31 lakh has been received.
