Axis Ecorp targets Rs 100 crore revenue from fractional ownership in FY25, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Axis Ecorp has ventured into fractional ownership in partnership with Fraction Ownership Investment Community (FOIC) and Moneytree Realty.

Under this collaboration, the company will offer its first lot of suites in North Goa.

The company is planning to earn revenue of up to Rs 100 crore within the current financial year and plans to introduce three additional lots.

FOIC will oversee the property management while Moneytree Realty will spearhead subscriber acquisition.
