NEW DELHI: Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) has lease out approximately 0.8 million sq ft office space to Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) along with an expansion option of an additional 0.6 million sq ft at Embassy Manyata, Bengaluru.
The space is expected to deliver the facility, including fitouts, by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Aravind Maiya, chief executive officer of the company said, “In the last few years, we’ve developed five built-to-suit facilities comprising over four million sq ft for global occupiers whose real estate needs are getting increasingly more sophisticated.”
Embassy REIT owns and operates a 51 million sq ft portfolio of 14 office parks in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, the National Capital Region and Chennai. Its portfolio comprises 37.7 million sq ft of completed operating area.
