Godrej Properties acquires about 12.5-acre land parcel in Hyderabad, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Mumbai-based Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired about 12.5 acre of land in Rajendra Nagar in Hyderabad.

The development on this land is estimated to have a potential of approximately 4 million sq ft of saleable area comprising primarily of residential apartments with an estimated revenue potential of about Rs 3,500 crore.

The company recently reported a growth of 11.21 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 62.72 crore in Q3 FY24 as against Rs 56.40 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Its net consolidated total income stood at Rs 548.31 crore in Q3 FY24, a growth of 35.53 per cent from Rs 404.58 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
