NEW DELHI: Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has entered into ‘deed of conveyance’ for sale of land admeasuring 2,35,870 sq meters situated at Village Karnala (Tara), Maharashtra.
The company has sold the land parcel for Rs 95 crore to Oak and Stone Construction.
Stenier AG, Switzerland, a material subsidiary of HCC, had recently entered into a share purchase agreement with France-based Demathieu Bard, for divestment of its entire equity interest in Steiner Construction SA, a step-down material subsidiary of the company, for Rs 928 crore.
