NEW DELHI: Omaxe has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 239.48 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. It had registered loss after tax of Rs 84.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 398.32 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of 47.62 per cent from Rs 269.82 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
On September 30, 2024, the company acquired 2,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Parshwa Veer Builders and Developers, accordingly it has became the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. It has acquired 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Khushiyon Ka Ghar accordingly it became the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
It also acquired 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Be Together Developers and 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Radhika Buildwell. Accordingly, these two companies have become the wholly-owned subsidiary companies.
