AHMEDABAD: A group of residents of Arvind Avishkar Flats in Naroda staged a protest at its builder’s office on CG Road alleging that he has not provided the amenities promised.

Flat owners claimed that Arvind Smart Space Ltd had promised allotted parking for each of the 576 flats but had provided space for only 100-150 cars.

Almost every flat has a water leakage problem. Property owners threatened to file a police complaint if their problems were not solved.
