Secures Key Plots in Gota and Thaltej, ET RealEstate

AHMEDABAD: The estate department team from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation‘s (AMC‘s) north-west zone on Thursday took possession of reserved plots within the TP (town planning) schemes of Gota and Thaltej areas. The team also cleared and opened designated roads in these areas.

The operation in Gota ward resulted in the acquisition of four plots across various TP schemes.

An 8,800 sq m plot designated for residential use in TP scheme 56 was secured. The team also cleared encroachments from a 420 sq m plot earmarked for open space and took possession.

The AMC team secured two plots in Thaltej’s TP scheme 214. The two plots, measuring 1,088 sq m and 5,824 sq m, were allocated for commercial purposes.

The civic body’s operation extended to Jagatpur’s TP scheme 34, where the team cleared encroachments from plots reserved for houses for the urban poor.

The team removed illegal structures from an 18m-wide road in Sola’s TP scheme 43 and a 7.5m-wide road in TP scheme 42 to ensure proper access.
