NEW DELHI: Sobha has reported a growth of 74.56 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 26.08 crore in Q2 FY25 as against Rs 14.94 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 965.29 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of 24.77 per cent from Rs 773.64 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors approved the appointment of Nisanth M N, as director designated as deputy managing director of the company, with effect from January 01, 2025. It also approved the re-appointment of Srivathsala K N for the second term of five consecutive years, in the capacity of non–executive independent director of the company with effect from January 03, 2025.
Its collections were at Rs 1,222.7 crore, net debt/equity ratio now at 0.08, sales value of Rs. 11.78 billion and average price realization was Rs 12,674 per sq ft during the said quarter.
