Sumadhura Group forays into plotted development, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Sumadhura Group has ventured into plotted development through its project-Panorama situated in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The company expects a topline of Rs 1,500 crore from the project.

Panorama is spread over 100 acres of land with its first phase spread across a 50-acres land and comprises 539 plots ranging between 1,200 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft.

The project’s phase-I is expected to be completed in December 2027. The group also plans to launch other phases in the near future.
