Retired baller Tony Parker has put his Texas manse on the market, and it comes with a slew of luxurious amenities—including a waterpark. Mansion Global reports that Parker has listed the 13,300-square-foot home for $16.5 million. The NBA Hall of Famer custom-built the Boerne, Texas, residence in 2009, when he was still married to Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria.
Located in a gated community 25 miles outside of San Antonio, where Parker played for 17 years as the Spurs’ point guard, the 53-acre property is tucked behind a guarded wrought iron gate emblazoned with a gigantic gold “P” for Parker and tall fencing that runs along its perimeter. A lantern-lit driveway ends with a motor court around a tiered fountain. The exterior of the Mediterranean-style abode features hand-carved stone columns, copper gutters and lanterns, and clay roof tiles.
Guests are greeted by a double-height sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, a winding staircase with custom wrought iron railing, Versailles pattern travertine tiled floors, and walls finished with Venetian plaster. There’s also a formal dining room that seats 16, his-and-hers offices with ensuite bathrooms, an all-red movie theater, and a wine cave.
The primary suite alone boasts a staggering amount of amenities, including private elevator access, a private two-car garage (in addition to the property’s main four-car garage), a barber salon, a meditation room, a trophy room, and a seemingly endless array of huge walk-in closets. In total, there are six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a four-bedroom guesthouse.
The home’s outdoor areas are where Parker really went all out. Most notably, an extensive multilevel waterpark is complete with waterslides, grottos, waterfalls, lazy rivers, pools, and spas. Unsurprisingly, there are also multiple sports areas: a tennis court, a sand volleyball court, and a nearly 6,000-square-foot gym complete with a basketball court and an arcade. A tortoise enclosure, a full outdoor kitchen, a Jurassic Park-inspired gate, and multiple gardens round out the unique grounds.
The home is listed with Binkan Cinaroglu of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
