The Oscar-winning actor, who began filming three to four movies a year to settle his debt, has resided in Vegas since 2006—owing in part to the fact that Nevada has no state income tax on individuals. Now that Cage has paid off what he owed, it appears he’s ready to invest in a beachside getaway.
The contemporary-style 1994 build, which spans approximately 4,000 square feet, features four bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also offers direct beach frontage, which was reportedly a draw for the Dream Scenario star. Ample lounge space, a dining table, and a blue-tiled hot tub are all found on the dwelling’s rooftop deck—a rarity for the California enclave, due to local building restrictions.
